 1. **Rental Agreement**

By placing a rental order, you agree to the following:

* You are 100% responsible for the care and safe return of all rented items.

* All rental items must be returned in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear.

* Damaged, lost, or excessively dirty items will incur replacement or cleaning fees.

 2. **Booking & Payments**

* A  mandatory deposit required to rent items.

* Payment methods accepted: cash, debit / Zelle 

* Full payment is due prior to or upon delivery, unless otherwise agreed.

3. **Cancellations & Refunds**

* Deposits are not refundable.

* Cancellations result in a forfeited deposit or fee.

* Refunds are not provided for unused items once delivered.

 4. **Delivery & Pickup**

* Delivery and pickup services are available for an additional fee depending on location.

* Customers must ensure clear access to the event setup area.

* Someone 18+ must be present to accept delivery and sign the rental agreement.

 5. **Use of Equipment**

* Equipment is to be used only for its intended purpose.

* Do not use equipment in unsafe weather conditions (e.g., high winds, rain).

* Loudhouse Party Rentals is not liable for injuries or damages arising from misuse.

 6. **Website Use**

* You agree not to misuse the site or interfere with its operation.

* All website content is the property of Loudhouse Party Rentals and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

7. **Limitation of Liability**

Loudhouse Party Rentals is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services or equipment.

 8. **Changes to Terms**

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
